provide access, tools and support
information that are not available to the
general user community. Through the use of
vendor partnerships I.T. Results can provide
better technical support for products and will
receive new product information from the vendors
that will allow us better serve your company.
Vendor independence
provides customers with unbiased product
selection. I.T Results selects and recommends
vendors based on their product, the performance
of their support and delivery of the product and
the price versus the competition. Our loyalty is
to our customers, not to any specific vendor.
As the customer you
should be wary of any I.T. support company that
has a Gold, Premier, or similar designation.
These special designations are almost always
related to the sales and marketing of the
vendors product and have nothing to do with the
quality or competency of the I.T. supplier to
install and support the product.
I.T. Results
balances both of these to provide the best
possible solution for our customers.
We first select products
and services that we consider best of breed
for the small/mid-sized I.T. market, then
we join the vendor program to gain the necessary
access to delivery and support that we need to
properly service our customers.
We never accept sales quota as
a condition of our participation.
We never agree to exclude other
vendors as a condition of our participation.
In I.T. vendors products, the
company's direction and even ownership change
over time; therefore we review each vendor and
make changes as the need arises. Our only
constant is delivering the right products to
our customers.
