Real Time Automated Monitoring: We install our 24 x 7 monitoring appliance in your network.  This device actually provides many level 1 responses to common issues though automated scripting which allows basic problems to be corrected as soon as they are detected. This proactive monitoring gathers important information about your network and alerts us to pre-failure indicators that help prevent problems before they occur. Often we can fix the problem before you discover it so everything is operating again when your staff arrives in the morning. also collects valuable statistics to allow us to see patterns in performance indicators that can assist in resolving more complex issues as well as aid in capacity planning.
